NICN Lagos Division Releases Guidelines On Written Addresses

The National Industrial Court Of Nigeria (NICN), Lagos Division has set out guidelines for written addresses for filing at the court registry.

In a notice signed by the Registrar, Mr. O. O. Bamodu, the format is in line with Order 45, Rule 2 of the National Industrial Court Of Nigeria (Civil Procedure) Rules 2017.

The notice stated that written addresses shall be in the format below:

1. Be typed with 14 Font size of legible and readable font type or character(not cursive or italicized).
2. With double spacing format printed in black ink on white opaque A4 size paper of good quality.
3. Shall not be more than thirty-five (35) paper set out in paragraphs and numbered serially.

The statement warned that everyone is expected to be in strict compliance with this rule.
