[JUST IN] NJC Recommends Justice Kanyip as Substantive President National Industrial Court of Nigeria

The Ag. President of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, His Lordship, Hon. Justice Benedict Kanyip has been recommended by the National Judicial Council under the Chairmanship of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Honourable Dr. Justice I. T. Muhammad CFR, at its Meeting of 22nd and 23rd October 2019 as substantive president of the Court.

Justice Kanyip is expected to be sworn-in after the approval of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and confirmation by the Senate.
